Facebook Notifications

Cousin Sis told me she is abstaining from excessive Face book usage. She was quite amaze that someone cyber-ly social like me does not succumb to many Face book temptations. I told her I only log in Face book when notifications exceed 100. She concludes that probably explained why I don't log in often until I told her, it takes about 2 days for notifications to hit 100.

I shocked her speechless.

Spiderman

One night when I was in the study doing stuff, I heard my cousin yelled," Dad! Bro! There's a spider up the wall!!!!"

 

I thought, cheh, spiders also scared. I decided to help my cousin as the study is just next to said wall. Then I saw said spider and...

"UNCLE!! BRO!!! THERE'S A GODDAMN SPIDER ON THE WALL!!!!"

 

If you are wondering, we didn't kill the spider. Uncle caught it and we release it back on our neighbour's tree.

 

Rescue Me

Rain asked me to help her buy the above in Koala Land. It is a herbal remedy to aid those that have trouble sleeping. Rain have not tried it before so I volunteer to be the guinea pig. Unfortunately results were inconclusive. Turns out I can sleep with or without the remedy and I can't really say I sleep better with or without it. As last resort I decided to try using it during broad daylight. Conclusion?

I am a pig and I can sleep anytime.

Melancholia

Today no matter how I tried, I can't shake off the desolate feeling that I can fall in easily when I think of my circumstances. My armour of motivation quotes nor my shield of optimism succeeded in deflating the melancholia that set in like a chilly morning mist around the mountains. Despite my best efforts, I think I shall be like this for the remainder of the day.

 

 

Maybe because I have come very close only to fail again. It's hard and today I lost to Despair. Tomorrow I will try again.
